Kay Family Foundation (KFF) is a grant-making foundation located in Orange County, California. It was established in 2005 through the pioneering vision of Steeve Kay and the Kay family. Steeve Kay was co-founder of QTC Management, Inc., the largest provider of web-based disability evaluation services in the United States.


To promote new models and systems that produce 21st century global leaders, primarily in Orange County, aligning with the four pillars of Faith, Education, Medical and the Arts.


The world is calling for a new generation of transformative leaders: leaders who have a strong command of science and technology, who are entrepreneurial, creative thinkers, communication savvy, and who uphold ethical core values. Kay Family Foundation envisions a demand-driven surge of 21st century global leaders who are able to catalyze growth and positively impact all sectors of society.

Medical: Promote programs focusing on alternative and integrative medicine.
